Data Migration
Our team of specialists will make sure that existing data is mapped from your legacy system in line with your requirements. At Open Fifth, we carefully manage data migration processes with full quality control from the initial extraction right up to the final load.
Systems Integration
Our products have a wide range of open APIs and web services which support the full range of functionality offered by the systems and make a large number of integrations to other systems possible. The integrations we provide are fully tested and supported when the system is upgraded and this is included as part of your annual subscription cost.
Training
Our policy is to train on-site (or online if preferred) on the customer’s training system with the customer’s data, configured to the customer’s policy requirements. We work closely with you to set up a training schedule to cover core aspects of the system and can facilitate cascade training by library staff to the rest of your team for maximum benefit.
Software Development
The open source software that we support is 100% user-driven through their global communities. To make sure that our customers have a voice in the evolution of the software, we regularly respond to development requests from our customers to enhance our systems for all users.
