Why is a bug called a “bug”?

Why do we always talk about “Bugs” in Koha? Koha’s always advancing with new features and enhancements and yet we still talk about logging enhancements as “bugs”. Why do we do that? Jonathan explores the history of Koha’s Bugzilla tracking tool and how it is used for enhancement requests, feature tracking, and general task management.
