OUR EXPERIENCE

We proudly work with libraries and archives throughout the UK and overseas, providing implementation, hosting, support and training for open source software. The archive software we support includes:

  • AtoM – Archive management system
  • Omeka – Collection web-publishing platform
  • DSpace – Digital repository system.

Open your archive with open source systems: AtoM, Omeka & DSpace‘ – In this webinar, Helen, a former archivist, and Jonathan, Open Fifth founder, explore the range of archival products we support, including AtoM, Omeka, and DSpace. Whether you are managing digital repositories or physical collections, discover how the solutions we support can unlock access to your archive.

As open source products, the software we work with is freely available with no licence-fees. At Open Fifth, our focus is on delivering high-quality products and services, and building lasting relationships with the customers we serve. By choosing a hosted solution with us, there is no ongoing responsibility on staff to maintain and configure the infrastructure or application. We’ll take care of that for you, freeing up libraries and archives to do what they do best.
