Plymouth Marjon University Library
Plymouth Marjon University Library sought a new library management system to enhance usability, integrate seamlessly with other university systems, and provide strong vendor support. In 2020, Open Fifth was awarded the contract to implement Koha and Metabase analytics, ensuring a smooth transition from the existing system. The contract included integration with self service machines, EBSCO Discovery Service, the university’s single sign on system, Reading List Management System, the Unity student registry system, EDI (EDIFACT) ordering (with Coutts and GOBI) and ILL with the BLDSS.

Knowsley Public Libraries
nowsley Council sought a new library management system to replace its existing Symphony system, supporting five library sites, a housebound service, and a schools library service. Open Fifth was awarded the contract in 2017 to implement Koha, with the project starting in March and going live by July. The system manages over 180,000 holdings and serves more than 38,000 active customers. The contract also included WordPress support, integration with the LLPG gazetteer, and SIP2 integration with PC bookings and self-service systems.
